Participant Guide
This guide summarizes the steps to take part in the II International Meeting of University Students 2026.
If you are attending
- Create an account or sign in.
- Select an available participation category.
- Complete your personal and institutional information.
- Complete payment when applicable.
- Check confirmation under “My Events”.
If you are submitting academic work
- Register and select a participation option that includes academic submission.
- Complete the submission information.
- Upload the required files.
- Submit by November 23, 2026.
- Track the review status from your account.
Virtual participation
The event will take place on December 4 and 5, 2026 in virtual format. Access links will be sent to registered participants.
